Unknown callers
A caller you do not recognize meets the concierge first — before your phone interrupts you.
What happens
The concierge greets the caller, says it is automated, asks who they are and what they need, and resolves the call to an outcome.
Honest limit
- It does not identify every caller.
- It does not stop spam or fraud.
- It is a screening aid, not a blocker.
