Most services work through call forwarding: you keep your number and forward unanswered, busy, or no-answer calls to an assigned number where the concierge answers.

United States

Setup is done on your carrier with forwarding codes; no porting, no SIM swap, no carrier change. Calls you answer yourself never reach the concierge.

Canada

Forwarding codes differ by Canadian carrier; a reputable service documents the exact steps for major carriers.

What to expect
